Being overweight is a medical condition.  Tennessee Men's Health treats it like one.  Lose 20 lbs. your FIRST MONTH!

Being overweight can contribute to sexual dysfunction in several ways, and is strongly associated with ED. In fact, overweight men are nearly 3 times more likely to experience ED.

An Australian study published in the "Journal of Sexual Medicine," concluded that lose as little as 5% to 10% of body weight improved ED and increased sex drive.

Being overweight affects the healthy functioning of blood vessels. Though the reasons are not fully understood, being overweight damages the endothelium, which prevents adequate blood flow to achieve or maintain an erection.

Hormones and Weight Loss

Hormone levels impact every aspect of your body, including your ability to lose weight and weight gain. According to Ronald Tamler M.D., co-director of the men's health program at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, low testosterone is underdiagnosed. His experience is that "as we are all getting fatter, it's (Low T) is becoming an increasing problem."

Belly fat has been shown in multiple studies to have a greater impact on testosterone than fat on other parts of the body. Belly fat causes the production of inflammatory mediators and other chemicals that decrease testosterone levels. A recent study showed that an increase in waist size of 4 inches increased a man's odds of Low T by 75%. To put that in perspective, ten years of aging increased the odds of Low T by only 35%.

But I bought this dress anyway due to it just being . When I got home and tried it on, it fit perfect. So this girl is proud to say I can now wear a medium again. Full Body Analysis

TMH uses the InBody machine to provide a complete report of your body. The InBody goes beyond traditional methods of weight and BMI analysis. It not only analyzes how much fat and muscle you have, but it also measures your Total Body Water and divides it into Intracellular Water and Extracellular Water, values important for understanding a user’s fluid distribution in medical, wellness, or fitness contexts.

Vitamin Energy Shots

As part of our program we incorporate vitamin injections that can be done one to two times a week. They include the B-complex of vitamins along with amino acids to help your immune system, digestive health and give you amazing energy.

Are there any side effects?

As with any shot, some discomfort and irritation around the site during and after the injection is normal. An upset stomach is also a common but non-threatening side effect of the injection of these vitamins and nutrients. Once the body has adjusted to absorbing these nutrients, the stomach upset should subside on its own with no medical intervention needed.

What are the long-term benefits?

After several weeks of injections, you will begin to not only look healthier but feel healthier. When your body rids itself of excess, unhealthy fats, you will naturally feel better as a result.

If weight loss is a goal for you, Lipotropic B-12 injections could be the boost that you need. Everyone's needs are different, so it is crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before taking any further steps.

We CAN Help!

Weight loss is a difficult issue.  Men are hesitant to seek help, but there is no reason.  The staff at TMH are discreet, helpful, and above all dedicated to helping you get the results you want and deserve.
